Free Shipping

The shipping is free on all of the products at DragonEye Security Shop. Packages are generally dispatched from China within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carriers of our choice with online tracking.

The carriers we cooperate with are E-packet, China Air Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and HK Air Post. The carriers we choose are based on the kind of goods we deliver.

We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please make sure the email address and mobile phone you give to us is available, because we will send you the Proforma Invoice via email and delivery requires phone number. If you want an invoice with lower price, please let us know, we will help you with that.

Normally, for goods under 2kg, we send via E-packet or China air mail. You may pay extra if you want us to send via Express such as DHl or Fedex. So Contact us if you need it urgently.
